This lower compression, than stock, head insert, is the remedy for more mid to top power on the 23-25 300 SX/XC/TC/TX/EX bikes.
This is the insert you want, if you are between sea level and 4000 ft. between 4000 and 7000 ft elevation, use the stock insert.
This would lower your compression by around 20-25 psi. It's an easy 3 hp gain all the way down the back side of the power curve and revs a lot free er.
This dyno run increase you see, was with these specs over the stock SX insert. It's compression was 230.
Made from 2024 aluminum, so it won't crack under pressure. Perfect for offroad, desert and motocross.
