Emissions delete for 24-25 GAS GAS 500 ES / EW

 
This delete kit is for use with our ECU remapping, becasue we have already turned the emissions OFF in the ecu, when we fix it.    You can completey remove everything wit h this kit, or simply disable the evap canister system, so things have the apperance of stock.
1. Pic 1 shows the removing of the intake breather spigot and the plugging of that hole with the bolt and washer we provide.  Take it easy unscrewing that spigot.  They usually have loctite on them
 
2. Pic 2 is of the oxygen sensor being removed and the plug installed instead
 
3.  Pic 3 is of  the black rubber cap installed on the plastic Y fitting.  You will pull the gas caps rubber vent line from this fitting, and then put th cap on the fitting.   This gives you a free breathing ( vented ) fuel tank, but leaves the rest of the evap system in place for appearence sake.  It is now disabled.
 
4.  Pic 4 is of the evap canister delete dongle plugged in.  Even though the emissions are turned off in the ecu, sometimes, on 350's only, a code light comes on the dash if evap is unplugged.  Use this dongle if so
