Installation Instructions
If you've purchased a BDSB Power Bundle for your KTM, Husky or GasGas bike after January 2025, you will see that we include all the necessary plugs and ends needed to complete the removal of emissions.
This delete kit is for use with our ECU remapping, as we've already turned the emissions OFF in the ecu when we fix it. It is also available as a stand alone kit on our website. You can completely remove everything with this kit, or simply disable the evap canister system, so things have the appearance of stock.
Here we are removing the intake breather spigot and plugging the hole with the bolt and washer we provide.
Take it easy unscrewing that spigot. They usually have loctite on them.
Here the oxygen sensor is being removed and the plug installed instead.
Here the black rubber cap we provide is being installed on the plastic Y fitting.
You will pull the gas caps rubber vent line from this fitting, and then put the cap on the fitting.
This gives you a free breathing (vented) fuel tank, but leaves the rest of the evap system in place for appearance sake. It is now disabled.
Here you see the evap canister delete dongle plugged in. Even though the emissions are turned off in the ecu, sometimes, on 350's only, a code light comes on the dash if the evap is unplugged. Use this dongle if so.
